Purposes

I would really like to share my fiction for a few various reasons.  One is to get feedback.  Another is as a way of keeping myself motivated.  And a third is to build a portfolio.  I don't like the email format so much.   Typically, I feel stories I email get lost in the shuffle and don't get much response.  So here I am.  I definitely don't intend to be as active here as I am with Roll For Role.  I just don't finish stories at that pace.

I'll have to debate formatting and style of posting a bit, and that will probably change as things go.  I think the first couple of things I'll pit here are the fiction bits from Roll For Role.  Once I get a feel for how accessible those are, I'll probably add my Blizzard Writing Contest pieces.  My hope is that, with the setting tweaking I've done, this blog should only really be discoverable to people I link it to.

I'll also set it up so people can use Google+ accounts to comment so you don 't have to be on blogger to respond.  I'd love feedback.  Specifically, I look for responses on where things "feel missing," where relationships or moods aren't clear, if a sentence/paragraph doesn't make sense, and how people like/dislike various characters.  I hate when people tell me how they'd have done the relationship instead or try to re-write something for me without my input, but if you're reading this and my settings have worked, then I probably already trust you not to do those things.  I'm open to suggestions, just not to being told what to do in my own work.
